I help cafés, roasters and makers of tomorrow’s coffee machines & tools create smoother, delightful and memorable coffee moments — with strategic thinking, innovative product development, engaging brand storytelling and digital human-centered design.

As a coffee lover and design thinker, I’ve spent hours in some of the world’s most beautiful coffee shops observing how baristas craft exceptional espresso, flat whites, and iced lattes behind the bar.

I’ve seen their passion—but also their pain. Rushed workflows. Frustrating equipment. Flows that break rhythm. And yet, they deliver, driven by a deep love for the craft and inspiring sense of hospitality.

I’ve pulled shots, worked shifts, and stepped into their world—so I can design solutions that truly serve them with the same care and intention they pour into every cup.

I’ve watched roasters refine their sourcing, roast curves, and flavour profiles with obsessive care—seeking not just great-tasting coffee, but emotional resonance in every cup. I’ve deeply enjoyed every sip of their coffees, fully aware of the collective effort behind each one of them.
